My aim is to provide a non-judgmental, safe space for you to feel heard, and explore your thoughts and feelings in order to gain clarity. Having complete clarity gives you an opportunity to see things differently, allows healing and helps resolve inner conflict, freeing you to feel empowered.

Resilience Workshop for Children
5 weekly sessions
An activity based, experiential workshop for junior school children that teaches coping skills through helping them to identify and appropriately express their emotions - especially when faced with problems such as stress, bullying, divorce, shyness, loss, anger and anxiety. Activities and games are designed to engage children through creative play in order to assist them to negotiate social and interpersonal interactions with increased skill and ease.

Bullying from teachers is such a difficult situation to deal with. What we teach children to do around bullying – such as walking away, ignoring or telling a teacher or parent – is far more difficult when the bully is a teacher.
