My Approach

My approach is based on an integrated style utilising person-centered therapy, as well as including certain techniques from gestalt therapy, transactional analysis, and cognitive behavioural therapy. This approach focuses on finding out how you perceive yourself in the here and now and to assist you with healing, growth and self-direction.  I view each client and situation uniquely and work with what they hope to achieve from counselling.  My aim is to empower my clients by helping unpack the blocks that keep them from living the fulfilled life they deserve.

Acceptance, respect and trust are the cornerstones of my work.   I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for an opportunity to be heard, understood, to resolve inner conflicts, quieten your life, to heal and to allow yourself to be empowered.
